More mothers should speak more about postpartum depression than they do. That monster hit me hard like a tonne of bricks, and I didn’t know what I was facing. I had never heard of postpartum depression before. It was a weird feeling. I knew there was something wrong with me, but I coundnt tell what it was. Now imagine mothers who come from rural areas, little to no social media and all. If it weren’t for the internet, postpartum depression would have drowned me.
