In terms of going to the gym I just go and the motivation meets me halfway in my workout 😅 (so many times I’ve gone on the days I didn’t feel like it and came out feeling 100% better)

Just show up. Start on the treadmill. After that my motivation usually goes up to the point I want to actually put in that work.

If my reason for not going is “I don’t feel like it”, or “I’m too tired”.. I consider those excuses, not good reasons. The gym is a non-negotiable like brushing my teeth. And if I have to whip out the walking pad at home before bed.. so be it! No excuses. 110 Days STRAIGHT
