Parang good thing naman. Changes ng body clock ko, 5am sleep 8am-9am gising kahit walang alarm Now 5am sleep 11am magigising kahit may alarm 😅 Atleast naextend ang sleep! Sana macorrect na ito! Ang hirap! 🥲

Try to sleep earlier mamsh. Like sleep ka around 9pm or 10am turn off everything like phone and other distractions. Nagka-body clock because of this. 😅
