Last year, I became an employee, but I worked as a freelancer for three months before that, so I have to do paperwork for my tax return this year, which is supposed to be the last time! But the company I worked with last year made a mistake with my address and my name. They issued a payment record using my maiden name and the old address I lived at five years ago… even though two years ago, they made a payment record with the correct address and my current family name!!!
