I know it’s your first offer, and you feel grateful just to have one. But don’t let that stop you from asking the right questions and taking a bit of time to research and think it through. Just because they picked you doesn’t mean it’s the right fit. 🚩 Super Red Flag: If they pressure you to sign fast, it might be a job no one else wants. Also, understand that once you sign, your license is tied to that contract for an entire year.
