I’m a personal trainer and when this happens it essentially means you’re not in a calorie deficit anymore.
Probably stick with it for one more week to see if there’s any movement because hormonal changes, sleep, stress, etc will affect your weight loss and weight a lot.
But if after another week it doesn’t move, you’ll either need to…
1. Move more/train harder in your regular training time.
2. Eat less calories. Read that again, NOT FOOD, calories.
