I know I’m old: I care what goes in the kitchen trash and what goes down the disposal and what goes straight to the outside bins. I love Raisin Bran. Like really fucking love it. Especially with unsweetened Oak Milk. Also a handful of Crackling Oat Bran, the hardest of cereals, is a go to snack. I watch birds in my yard from different windows around my house. These birds delight me. I am old.
