Went into a bookstore and asked an employee where they keep their bookmarks. He looked at me, a blank look on his face, and said “I’m sorry I don’t know what that is”. I had to explain what a bookmark was for him to realize what I was referring to. I bet he randomly remembers this and it keeps him up at night 🤣
