The Monkey (2025) I really thought this was a fun popcorn movie. Over the top Final Destination style kills resulted in laughs along with the blood splatter. This adaptation deviated from the source material in a way that worked for what it was going for. It got a stamp of approval from the King himself and I agree with him. I’ve read some reviews criticizing it for not going deeper with themes, but I went into it only expecting a fun horror comedy and that’s what I got. StephenKing
