The power is in you

Which celebrities are you focused on because I’ve seen celebrities from Mandy Moore to Robert Di Nero speaking out.

I think a lot support him and the rest are afraid to rock the boat or draw attention to themselves. Leaving it up to the rest of us.

They don’t care about their base

They are controlled by money. They love that shit just like Trump and Elonia.

They are. You’re just not paying attention. Also, many of them that aren’t are probably exhausted. I screamed bloody murder during his last administration. I did everything I could during this last election cycle to keep him out. I’m tired now, too. I’m disgusted and disheartened. Maybe instead of wondering why famous people aren’t being as loud as you think they should be, you should raise your voice more to fill the perceived void.

Because i honestly think celebrities or previous presidents speaking up, would only hurt our cause. Its only going to inflame the right (even more). No one is so universally loved that any message wouldnt be twisted. And honestly? Good. We dont need celebrities. We need normal people right now. Celebrities arent going to go to town halls in our areas. Celebrities arent going to call our representatives. Its up to us. WE have to fight for us.

Wow! So I obviously have been focused on politicians over the last month and not celebrities. Two was probably a low ball number on my part, I do not keep track of numbers. Thanks to everyone who tagged people to follow and gave their opinions and thoughts. I am not calling anyone out for their silence, this should be a collective effort of resistance! We all have different parts to play, some loud and others quietly. ✊️

They’re not allowed to. Their labels, managers, etc don’t allow them because if they say something they could mess with the company business. They could lose money so they don’t.

I think the concerning thing is that people ARE speaking out but it’s not getting the publicity/media coverage like before
