1. 6 sets x Bench Press x Increasing dumbbell weight from 25 to 30kg x 12 times.
2. 5 sets x Weighted Push-up x 8 times x 22kg of weight.
3. 5 sets x Fly x 45kg of weight x 10 times.
4. 5 sets x Rope press down x 30 times x 10kg of weight.
