How do you get started on a weight loss journey? I need to lose at least ten lbs (I’m on the short side so that makes an impact) and have no desire to exercise.

Start tracking everything. If you can’t track it, don’t eat it (at least at the start until you become more intuitive and understand your macros better). 4. Look for easy swaps that don’t require too much thought, for example swapping out Coke (200* calories) for Coke Zero (0 calories). 5. It’s a marathon, not a sprint
