I'm almost 30 however my right knee currently feels like it's almost in the grave 😂 my damn knee has hurt for 5 days now It hurts to squat down, it hurts to sit on a chair,walk up and down stairs basically anything that requires bending my knee hurts! Why does it hurt more than when I fractured my foot because that didn't hurt one bit, I haven't injured my knee it just started hurting!?
