I'm looking for an advice..if anyone knows how to deal with this issue. Currently I'm living in Australia and I have been trying to register my dog based on NSW pet registry rules. My dog is originally coming from Hong Kong and Australian quarantine had accepted to let my dog enter with the microchip (AVID) he got in Hong Kong. However, city of council in my area declined my request since my dog doesn't have a NSW microchip and they asked me to implant a NSW microchip.
