Last year i was diagnosed with left ankle peroneal tendonitis.. likely due to overuse (erm i got a bit crazy with working out that I jogged/run about 15km a day 🤣).. so i stopped working out for a while. Nowadays, i only jog or do fast walking for max 5km with rest day every 2-3 days and despite warming up beforehand, i can feel some discomfort around my feet... what am I doing wrong here?
