Today I learnt something about the importance of giving constructive feedback. Not just pointing out other’s weakness. Someone (who’s 10 years older than me) told me that her boss complaints that he couldn’t understand what she’s presenting in a meeting. That’s all. No explanation.
So I calm her & give some pointers. Ex : Only recap the important points, action plan & dates. Management don’t need the nitty gritty details. She lights up & thank me. Said no one mentioned it before. 🤷🏻♀️
