Simple reminders to help calm the mind on those racing thoughts taking up your mental energy!
-deep breathing, inhaling & exhaling each 4 sec 🧘♀️
-getting some air or stretching at home, movement ☀️
-affirmations, positive self talk 🗣️
-social media breaks ⏱️ (2 hrs before beds also helps)
