Cool cool, my therapist ghosted me today and it sent me into spiral but at least it’s sunny & nice outside so I’m going for a second walk in hopes this will make me feel less insane somehow ☀️😭🤞

Turns out the client before me had a crisis and my therapist needed to ensure their safety before she could reach out to me. She’s not a bad person! But damn, I really did spiral with that no show. Grateful for sleep and a new day!
