It was frustrating to wait an extra 20 minutes for our pre-ordered food after arriving, especially since another table also complained about long delays. While the manager helped earlier with seating, the kitchen or service seemed overwhelmed. Just before leaving I heard another customer complain that their food never came and they waited for an hour. So to elaiabycyma I hope you improve your service as your food was actually good but the service that day was simply terrible.
