Made myself a matcha at work for the first time in a whole week yesterday. Decided to try hot whisking kanbayashi_shunsho Zuiho (gifted by @ichibancha.bn 🫶🏻) with 50ml water at 80C, then topped up with 100g milk and 10g condensed milk. This had a pretty strong roasted tea aroma upon whisking. I think I prefer this cold whisked, simply because it feels more creamy. Zuiho is smooth to begin with, even cold whisked. I feel the hot whisking brought out the more vegetal flavours. MatchaThreads
