Whenever I feel stressed or blue, I usually venture around such going to parks or shores if you live nearby the sea. I don't often bring gadgets as it'll only distract me. So I recommend your friend to give itself an alone time, that might work 🐢🎀

what i do is i listen to really really agressive music and just feel it, and it felt like the song’s just absorbing the heaviness and negativity in me. it works (& u gotta cry it out when no one else is around!)

Prayer + Jogging/Running Ginagawa ko to nung sa Pinas pa ako and really, the best siya. Pero ngayon na nasa ibang bansa, prayer nlg talaga, hndi makakalag jog/run kasi hndi pa masyado knows ang laws/rules dito.
