I had an Israeli kid student earlier for an English lesson, and I was surprised when I opened the cam—his grandparents were there, happily waving at me! Throughout the lesson, they couldn’t stop smiling, ang kitang kita na super proud of their grandson for learning English. It was such a heartwarming moment, and naalala ko yung lolo ko back in 2018. When I got hired as an ESL teacher despite having no experience, he was so proud that he even cried when he found out. It was such a sweet memory. 🥺
