We women don’t talk enough about how, when seeking new opportunities, we stumble across men who pretend to help but just want to hit on us. My goal was (and still is) to get in bigger rooms, grow, and challenge myself, but it’s frustrating to keep hearing no and dealing with men who waste my time despite knowing I’m in a relationship. Like dude, get the f* out of here. I’m not looking for a lover; I’m busy growing my career.
