Nobody, and I don’t mean just federal employees, would be fine with some guy taking over their workplace who has never worked their job or even in that industry, knows nothing about how things function, and tell them what to do or whether they’re valuable… just because he’s rich. We’d all universally despise the spoiled jerk.
