Gen Y here. I jenis suka buat hal sendiri waktu mkn & tak suka ckp psl kerja. Bcus that’s the o nly time i ada utk escape from work sekejap. Kalau boss belanja, i mkn & mingle around but only for half an hour. Lg setengah jam i spend for myself either tidur, scroll fon or reading. And yes i work for money too 😂 work is work. So i think it depends on people not new gen.
