Did a little re-organizing at LASS today with Des & her Dad Mike. Haven’t swung a KB in over 6 months so why not pick up the Beast (48k) & do a few reps. @backintothesaddle lasportsandspine Maybe I’ll do some regular sets with the 24k again. One of my favorite hinge moves as well as great for power.
