I put my friend through my leg workout today. He tried his best but there were a few things he could not do. He said I humbled him 😂
Here was the workout:
Hip thrusts: 1x12 (warmup set) 3x10 (working set)
Elevated sumo squats: 3x12
Leg press machine (single leg): 3x8
Hamstring curls on yoga ball: 3x12
Hip abduction machine: 3x20
Calf raises: 3x12-15
