I keep hearing this "it's not your fault, but it's your responsibility" thing when it comes to mental health, and I'm not really understanding it what people try to say with it. Like, if a drunk driver runs me over with a car then that's not my fault, does this phrase mean it is now my responsibility to recover from that and function in society by myself with no expectations from anyone else?
