Every year, my non-Muslim friends always invite me to berbuka with them, even though I’m the only Malay in the group. This year, they texted me asking what’s good, where I want to eat, and even suggested a buffet. But after looking at the crazy Ramadan buffet prices, I’d rather just grab food from the bazaar and have a picnic somewhere in Putrajaya. Not trying to be cheap, but for someone who eats so little during Ramadan, it’s just not worth it.
