Update on the search for egg and coconut coffee: I believe I found a must-try at Viet Lasa (Chino Roces, Makati area) ! The cafe looks fairly new. Between the two, I love their coconut coffee. Bad news though - I was advised they are still applying for Grab food delivery. 🥲 *They only serve cold egg coffee
