after 3 months, i stopped my diet after reaching 64kg, but not much changed. in January 2021 (w:67kg) , i resumed my weight loss journey. as before, i did home workouts (HIIT) every day, along with jumping jacks, skipping, and jogging. however, one day, my feet started to feel like there was a knife beneath them. but i ignored the pain because i was so focused on losing weight. i thought it was just nerve inflammation.
