Earlier this weekend somebody said something pretty harsh and unfair to me, it felt as if pieces of my story were chewed up and spit back out at me. While I'm still reeling from this a bit, and while I've had to take this situation to the Lord multiple times these past few days...I've been reminded of the beauty that is going to God as our refuge when our hearts hurt, when people say things that are not kind, when our hurts are used against us. He is so, so good!! ✨
