I would say I’m relieved that Karla Sofía Gascón, a biological male, did not win The Oscar for best actress. I would say the academy made the right decision tonight. But I can’t. The fact that HE was even nominated is an abomination. The fact that some talented actress missed out on an opportunity to be nominated is a travesty.
