I agree with this for women if you have realistic standards. This is a mentality that presupposes you have already done the introspection required to know where you stand in relation to the men in your dating pool. Assuming all presuppositions, I definitely think it’s preferable for women to date up as that usually creates a dynamic where the man holds the dominant relationship frame, which appeals to both male and female desires. It’s the best option in general.
