Made some progress on my squat stance. Always tricky hitting the right spot at the bottom when you have mutant long femurs. Super wide stance seems to be doing the trick. Clocked 3 sets of 6 at 50kg and felt pretty solid. 💪 AND I tested three reps at 30kg on bench. It wasnt pretty but, hey, I did it 😂
