Week 22 hit my squats 425 for 5 and bench 320 for 5 but I accidentally added 20 pounds to my deadlift instead of 10 and it really threw me off so failed them today. Will redo Wednesday because it could not seem to recover to redo the top set. Everything today did feel extra heavy and I was REALLY overthinking my form cues. #squats #legday #benchpress #progressnotperfection #failedattempt #quads #glutes #hamstrings
