Our suhoor has always been very simple. Kurma and water. For the teenager, sometimes bread.
This year, I am pushing for “slow digesting protein” like hard boiled eggs. Luckily for TM6, my suhoor prep time is quick. I boil my eggs for 9mins to get the slightly hardened egg yolks and shredded my air fried chicken breast in 3 secs. Put them on top of salad, with olive oil drizzle.
Simple, Insya Allah, barokah suhoor 🫶🏽
