I miss baking & this recipe I saw on @tiktok by @monetmcmichael inspired me try!!
Protein Bagel
2 1/4 c bread flour (from @unboxedmarket )
1 1/2 c Greek yogurt
4 tsp baking powder
Dash salt
Mix dry. Add yoghurt.
Knead into ball. Let rest 15 minutes
Cut into 8 pieces.
Tried parchment paper inside hole
Egg wash / add sprinkled sesame seeds
Bake 400c for 25-30 minutes
