A Qatar Airways check-in agent told me they have to ask German passport holders if they prefer German or English. Shouldn't citizenship require speaking the language? 🤯

I find this very attentive and caring. I know airlines that have service staff flying to a destination without knowing the local language. It is always assumed that everyone speaks English. Great service!
