Trust the Wyoming Legislature to do the stupidest shit. Just two of the brilliant bills this year are the What is a Woman Act, and the Second Amendment Protection Act. It’s a shit show every year. Fortunately they’re only in session 60 days in odd number years and 30 in even number years. Imagine the high jinx if they were in season longer.
