ok so we had tariffs but then he "negotiated" with Mexico and Canada to not have tariffs but then now the tariffs went into effect today but also maybe they might be canceled tomorrow because he "negotiated" again??? obviously this isn't surprising or novel at this point but WHAT THE FUCK
