Respectfully- no. Filming your lifts, especially when you’re newer to lifting or pushing to go up to heavier weights, is critically important. Being able to check your form when you’re working out alone, track your progress, and connect with others online when you may not have relationships with folks at your gym IRL (not everyone wants to talk between sets) are all valid reasons to film yourself lifting. This take is lame.
