I recall the 1st development of Filinvest was around the same time as BGC around late 90's early 00 and they said It would rival BGC. I'm glad it didn't happen and I like it how the way it is. I use to work in Northgate pre-pandemic and arrive early at work. I would walk to festival mall to kill time before work. I find the peace while walking there.
