I started eating it with flavors first, like the regular yogurt cups, but the Greek yogurt versions. Then when I wanted to cut out added sugars, I switched to plain, and started adding things like Honey, fruit, peanut butter(regular or powder), granola. Once I started cutting out sugars, my tastebuds acclimated to the things that aren’t as sweet and I didn’t go back.
