My big WHY - wanting to spend more time with my family especially my young daughter, the time passes so fast, I don’t want to lose precious memories. At the moment, I don’t even get the time to pick her up from school, I need to ask for time off if there are any school activities, I still work Saturdays and I need to be contactable 24/7 for work 😅 What’s your WHY?
