I was just in Heathrow at the beginning of February and can confirm that there signs directing you to the public transit (coach AND trains) and helpful staff to guide you. Also there’s free wifi. ALSO you can easily google “how to go from Heathrow to London” before leaving for the airport and plan ahead.
