It's the 4th of these I've received in 2 months and my name isn't even on it. I haven't had a TV or watched TV since 2008 but they're now trying to force people to subscribe if they have a functioning broadcast receiver (computer,tablet and even people with a TV in their car). NHK can fuck off.
