Sis, oat adalah gula at all. Sbb tu berat xturun, xde inchloss. U boleh buat research, oat is sugar. Better u makan more protein. Small portion nasi basmathi + lauk2 which is protein (ayam, ikan, udang, sotong). Sayur ckup seadanya sahaja, xperlu makan sayur byk2, u akan bloated. Dan cut tepung. Trust the process.
