Maurten solid bar (x 2) at least 2 hours before: it's packed with carbs and easy to digest. One gel before starting and I'm fine for whole race.

Chipotle bowl (NO BEANS!) for lunch the day before, the leftovers and a snack for dinner, toaster bagel for breakfast. Plus a banana or something for a snack an hour or so before start if it's been a long morning.(depending on if its a goal race or not, i may or may not have done a proper carb load for the three days before race)
