When someone said “I don’t see why you could possibly need to get a brain CT every year” and implied I was gullible and doctors were ripping me off, I had to explain that no, I just have an issue on one of my brain arteries that requires annual monitoring to prevent a fucking stroke. Good for you for never needing one, I guess?
